Instructions
Using a Dutch Oven or a heavy bottom pot, sauté ground beef in oil until no longer pink (7-8 minutes).
Add onion and sauté another few minutes until the onion is translucent.
Add the minced garlic and chopped peppers and sauté until garlic is fragrant and the peppers start to turn soft.
Add the chili sauce, canned tomatoes, and seasonings and spices. Bring to a slow simmer.
Add the beans and water. Mix well, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add a small can of corn (optional), let it warm through.
Serve.
