Bring a pot of water to boil. Add some salt and then add the spaghetti. Let the spaghetti cook until tender. Skip this step if using left-over spaghetti.
Heat up a skillet and add 1 tbsp of butter to it. Once the butter has melted, add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Stir well.
Add the eggs directly into the spaghetti, add the salt and pepper, and keep stirring everything until the eggs are set. I recommend frying everything until the eggs have just set, otherwise the dish will be dry.
Serve the spaghetti and scrambled eggs while hot. Garnish with chopped chives when serving (optional).
Notes
- You can use more or less eggs depending on if you like them a lot.
