2Small onions
1tbspOlive oil
4-5Pickle slices, or to taste
1cupMayonnaise
2tspSriracha sauce, or to taste
¼tspPaprika
Black pepper to taste
3-4tspPickle juice, or to taste
Instructions
Peel and finely slice the onions. Or dice as fine as possible.
Heat a small skillet and add olive oil. Add the cut onions to the oil and sauté on low heat for 20-25 minutes or until the onions are caramelized. Make sure to stir once in a while as the onions can burn fast.
Meanwhile, finely slice the pickle slices.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sliced pickles, sautéed onions, paprika, ground black pepper and pickle juice. Stir until well-combined. Add more pickle juice (or plain water) to thin out the sauce, if desired.
